Trauma-Informed, Healing-Centered & Culturally Driven

Vision Statement

Juniper & Pine Consulting specializes in capacity-building consultation for Tribal, Alaska Native, Hawaiian, and First Nation organizations, communities, and corporations, and those that collaborate with them.

We utilize a strengths-based approach to empower resilience through a broad range of services, including organizational change management, corporate retreats, strategic planning, trauma-informed and healing-centered training, and neuro-physiological regulation strategies.

Our methodology fosters innovative, holistic, and authentic exchanges, leading to meaningful and sustainable changes across multiple levels. By focusing on the unique needs of each community, we ensure that all services are relevant and culturally grounded, driving impactful results.

We recognize the importance and value of Elders, Knowledge Keepers, and language speakers in each community, and we actively seek to partner with them whenever possible. As part of our on-site services, we encourage the involvement of youth and Indigenous artists from the communities we serve. We ensure compensation for these participants because we believe in demonstrating partnership and respect through our actions, not just words.

Our work is rooted in engagement and activism, focusing on the strength and resilience of the communities we support. We commit to sharing a portion of our profits with a local Indigenous non-profit organization chosen by our clients. This initiative is designed to amplify our impact and foster long-term support for vital programs that touch the heart and soul of the community. By aligning our objectives with local needs, we aim to make a positive contribution to the well-being and development of Indigenous peoples and their families. Our actions reflect an ethical obligation and a necessary investment in the future, reinforcing our dedication to uplift and empower through genuine collaboration.
